An aircraft's flight data and cockpit voice recorder are designed to record critical flight data and voice recordings to aid in the investigation of aircraft mishaps and accidents. Known as "black boxes", they are in fact bright orange and painted to be easily identifiable during recovery operations. They are designed to withstand 3400 G impacts and temperatures over 1800 degrees.
The Jet-Eyes Flight Data Recorder Series features tags cut from the skin of various aircraft data and voice recorders. They come with a data recorder themed cardback and are hung by electrical wire (for display only). They will also ship with a 4" cable ring to be used on luggage, keys, backpacks, etc. Use the back to write you personal infomation and use it as a luggage ID!
They come in solid orange, bi-color, and stencil with only one of the bi-color and stencil allowed per customer.
